Lip Lift (Lip Elevation Surgery)

      The upper lip lift is a plastic surgery procedure that modifies the aesthetic appearance of the lips, reshaping them to increase the prominence of the red border and to improve the facial area above the lips in a more aesthetically pleasing way.

 

      Lip Lift surgery is an ambulatorial surgical procedure, that is, done under local anesthesia in the clinic itself, indicated for people who have a low smile line, who do not expose the teeth at rest, or even people who want to volumize their definitive lips.

 

      Another important indication is facial aging, which causes the loss of lip fat and the accentuation of the angle between the nose and the lip causing an increase in the distance between the nose and the upper lip, thus causing an unfavorable aesthetic in which the patient does not expose the teeth at rest.

 

      The scar is well hidden at the base of the nose practically inside the nostrils and is more apparent only in the first 3 months; after a year is practically imperceptible.
